- Keeping track of money and paying the bills.
Booking Hotels - Quist
- Arranging accommodations for Fort Mac Road Trip (pending), End of year tourney and any others
Game Day Roster - Howrie
- Preparing the game day roster sheet.
Jersey’s: Home - Leyen
- Taking Jerseys to all games
Away - Hawthorne
- Taking Jerseys to all games
Team Pictures: Rutley
- Booking a photographer and organizing the team picture day.
Team Apparel - Orbecks
- Warm-up shorts and shirt.
Bus Booking Liaison - Pavka
- Communicating with Bus company to confirm pickup times and location.
Fundraising: Bahm
- Last year Sobeys/Coop cards were sold. Organizing this with minor hockey and Sobeys/Coop.
Time Keeper/Score Clock/Announcing and Music/scheduler:MacDuff
- Creation of schedule of volunteers for all home games throughout the year.
Trainer Certificate? First Aid? Curtis
- Anyone have training that could assist if an injury occurs?
Team Snap- Hamiliton
Meal Organization (2 person job) - _____________ ________________
- Organizing team meals for all away games. This would involve locating a restaurant near the rink we are playing at, organizing some options for the boys, placing the order with the restaurant and arranging delivery for after the game and keeping a running tab of each players amount spent.
