All registrations paid online will be refunded back onto the credit card used at the time of payment. Registrations paid in office via cheque/debit, a cheque will be mailed to the address provided. If you received funding, a portion of your fees will be reimbursed to the charity.
Following amounts will be refunded as per dates below.
100% of annual fee less admin fee - Until September 1st
80% of annual fee less admin fee - First skate - October 31st
60% of annual fee less admin fee November 1st - 30th
40% of annual fee less admin fee December 1st - December 31st
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER JANUARY 1ST OF THE CURRENT HOCKEY SEASON
