Permit requests must be received a minimum of 5 business before the date of travel.
All Exhibition games, Tournaments outside of Lloydminster that are not "League" play require a Travel permit.

Once Travel permit is approved by Hockey Alberta, you will receive a confirmation email directly from Hockey Alberta with the Permit Number. Included in the email is a weblink that connects directly to the E-Gamesheet platform. Once game is completed you MUST submit an E-Gamesheet within 48 Hours. All game sheets must be loaded into this platform.
DO NOT SEND A COPY OF THE GAMESHEET TO LMHA. It must be submitted through the weblink provided on the permit.
