LMHA Mainstream Evaluations- U11 Male

10 minutes prior to on skills session on ice volunteer will have a meeting with the Bryan (Outside evaluator) to go over duties

For scrimmage, please go on the opposite bench of your child

Jersey numbers and color must stay consistent and not change for each session.

All Play staff member will come to the table approximately 5 minutes before a session starts to retrieve the rosters for each team.

Any late players arriving- table volunteer must come to the evaluators to confirm.

If a player is to move teams or different jersey number- this must be confirmed to evaluator team.

Rick and David are the leads of each rink; table volunteers are to deal with them when needed.

LMHA has spent weeks organizing and coding evaluation jerseys. Please make sure the jersey volunteers are returning the jerseys back to the correct bin after the weekend.

“All Play” staff will not talk to anyone other than Lloydminster minor hockey staff

Parents are not to communicate or ask questions at all to any of the “All Play” staff as they are to direct all issues/questions to minor hockey staff.

Specific area in stands must be set (taped off) for “All Play” staff. Must give privacy away from parents and players

All on-ice technical or scrimmage volunteers should not be involved with their child’s group if possible

Any players injured/sick should be dealt with by LMHA staff accordingly and scoring we will discuss with LMHA staff to decide.
